Are the watches water-resistant?
Most of our watches are rated 3ATM to 5ATM, making them resistant to splashes and rain. However, to preserve the leather straps and vintage movements, we recommend removing them before swimming or showering.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every Oldtimer Watch comes with a 24-month international warranty covering manufacturing defects and movement issues. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents.
How long does shipping take?
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Domestic shipping takes 3-5 business days, while international deliveries can take between 7-14 business days depending on customs.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the watch in its original, unworn condition with all packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Are the watch straps adjustable?
Yes, our leather straps feature multiple buckle holes to fit most wrist sizes. For stainless steel mesh or link bracelets, we include a small adjustment tool or recommend visiting a local jeweler for a custom fit.
