Log into your account portal and select the specific order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the watch back into its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your shipping carton.
Inspection and Refund
Once our horologists verify the condition of the returned timepiece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
